Rosemary is one of the few professional managers whose experiences cover semi-conductor, software, computer system, e-commerce in her over 20 years of electronic, hi-tech career. Rosemary is noted for her leadership and acuteness in supply chain management, helped Ministry of Economics Affairs to develop its nationwide, 5-year project (code name ABCDE) to improve the Taiwan Supply Chain to serve global electronic industry,


Rosemary has taken various senior managerial positions in information industry as Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard Taiwan (Compaq and Digital included) from 1998 to 2001. And before joining HP, Rosemary served as Greater China head of Sunsoft. After working at Mentor Graphics, California and as Senior Manager of Engineering at Mips Computer Systems, she returned to her home in Taiwan to establish Mips Taiwan in 1991.

Rosemary is the Director of Monte Jade Science & Tech Association of Taiwan. She also serves as Director of Wu Chien Shiung Education Foundation. Rosemary holds a MS in Computer Science from University of San Francisco in U. S. and a BA in History from National Taiwan University.

 
Dr. Mike Lee

Dr. Mike Hau Chen Lee was named as President and COO of Com2B Corporation on May 22, 2000. Prior to joining Com2B, Dr. Lee served as marketing, information technology and business strategy group director of New Century Info-Comm, a telecommunications between the Far Eastern Group and SingTel. He was in charge of charting the company's strategy, as well as building and executing business models related to marketing, information and customer services. With his assistance, New Century Info-Comm attained one of the first licenses to be issued in Taiwan for fixed-line operation.

During September 1997 and March 1999, as general manager of Tuntex Telecommunications in transition, Taipei, Dr. Lee successfully led the company to move two xxDCS1800 licenses into operation. In addition to being aggressive in sales and marketing approaches, he also demanded quality operation, making Tuntex Telecommunications one of the most popular service providers in Central and Southern Taiwan. He also played the key role in the Tuntex Telecommunications and KG Telecom merger that occurred in March 1999.

Dr. Lee received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Taiwan University and, on full scholarship, he received both a master and doctorate in electrical engineering from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Between May 1995 and March 1997, Dr. Lee was appointed as software project director for Lehman Brothers in New York. Prior to that in October 1994 through to May 1996, he had taken positions as assistant vice president for the same company.
